Bridging Loan

At Allott Capital, the borrower can choose to take out a bridging loan.  One of the main benefits is that it allows you to purchase new property, for example land bank a development site before you’ve finalised the sales of your existing project.  This can be useful if you need to move quickly, or if you want to avoid the stress of having to sell your current property before you can buy a new one.  Bridging loans can also offer flexibility in terms of repayment options, and they may have lower interest rates than other types of loans.
